Once the customer has received the product/s, s/he has 24 hours to check them over. In case of incidence, please send us a description and a picture of it at the following email address:email@example.com
The defective product replacement will be always free of charge. In case there is no admission of the defective product replacement, the customer will have to pay for the shipping and delivery expenses.
Once the customer gets the product/s -exactly the date of the order reception- , s/he has a 48 hour term in order to claim his/ her right to return them, in case s/he is not happy with the purchase.
In case there is a product/s return, the customer will assume the shipping and delivery expenses plus a 20% of the order's total amount, due to administration work.
All the colours of our products are identified with their RAL reference, so the colours can show slight alterations on screen from the real ones. The wooden finishing touches are in their naturally varnished tones. Wood, as a natural product, has its streaks and tones' variations. We will no admit returns for tones and finishing touches' estimating reasons.
In order to execute the purchase return, the product/s must be inside their original packaging properly sealed. Once we receive the product/s in our warehouse, and after checking over their conditions, we will proceed to the refund according to the customer's payment method during the following 30 days.
